Pearl Dream is a cozy 47’ traditional stern narrowboat built in 1996 by G J Reeves and fitted out by Aynho Wharf. The boat has been with the current owner for 10 years and has been well maintained. The paintwork is in reasonable condition, she was last blacked in March 2025 and had 4 new anodes fitted at the same time. The well deck (4’0”) has 2 good sized lockers and a drop down table for alfresco dining. Under the well deck there is a 450 litre stainless steel tank and forwards is the gas locker. Stepping down in to the boat you enter the saloon (10’4”). The 2 armchairs convert to 2 spare single berths. There is a drop down table and 2 folding chairs and a morso squirrel stove that provides heating for the 4 radiators via the back boiler. The head height on board is 6’5” Next we enter the galley (6’8”) with plenty of storage (7 cupboards). There is plenty of light with the side hatch and roof access with glazed panel to keep the elements out. To keep your drinks chilled there is a 12v Shoreline fridge with an ice box. The stove is stainless steel with drainage to the side. The oven is a Spinflo Midi Prima with grill and a spinflo 4 burner hob. Off the corridor you find the bathroom with a tiled cubicle shower with a bi-fold door. The loo is drop through pump out connected to 180 litre tank. With 2 cupboards and 2 large shelves storage isn’t an issue. Moving on we arrive at the bedroom (9’0”) with a decent size fixed double bed (6’3” x 4’6”) with plenty of storage under. With multiple cupboards and a a large wardrobe you won’t struggle to store your clothes. Next we enter the engine room housing a well maintained Beta BV1305 that has been serviced every 200 hours. There are 3x 110ah domestic batteries with 3 new replacements ready to drop in when required. 230v on the boat is provided via the Victron Pheonix inverter / charger and the landline. On the roof there are 2 solar panels (one being 175w for the domestics the other being 80w for the starter battery), each is controlled by a Victron MPPT solar controller. Lights are a mixture of LED and halogen. Hot water is provided by the engine and also the back boiler in the stove. Pearl Dream would make an ideal holiday getaway or lovely home. She just needs a new owner and she’ll be ready to go cruising.
