Where’s Ware is a stunning 62’x12’ reverse layout cruiser stern widebeam built by Bluewater Boats in 2017. She was last blacked in 2023, and will be blacked again prior to sale. She is superb condition both inside and out. She is reverse oayout so we will start at the stern. The covered stern deck is 8’ long and is a wonderful social area with plenty of seating and a demountable table. The gas locker is under the forward padded bench seat, and there is storage under the stern seats. The engine, a Vetus 90hp (with hospital silencer) has only 429 hours on the clock. The engine bay will be repainted as part of the sale, and also the engine will be serviced. There is a bowthruster, and the anchor winch is electrically operated. Steps lead into the 9’5” galley. The work tops are Corian and the utilities comrpsie of a 240v fridge and separate freezer, a sink and draining sink, an eye level oven & grill, a microwave and a 4 burner gas hob. The breakfast bar has 4 stools, and there is endless storage including a wine rack. The saloon is over 12’ long and has a huge L shaped sofa (converts to spare double), a diesel stove, 3 further chairs and a wall mounted 48” Smart TV with soundbar. There is also a freestanding table with drawers and some shelves in the corner. The spare bedroom is next. This has a fixed single bed (6’6”x3’) which converts to a double and has storage under. There is a wardrobe and drawer cupboard and a desk with a chair. The bathroom is off corridor. This has a macerator pumpout loo, a quadrant corner shower, a ceramic wash basin, a washing machine and plenty of storage. There is also a heated towel rail. The master bedroom is in the forward cabin. The fixed double is 6’6”x5’ and has storage under. There are large wardrobes both sides of the bed, shelves either side of the bed, and a desk at the foot of the bed. Steps lead up into the well deck. She is centrally heated by a diesel fired Webasto boiler. The water tank is stainless steel (810 litres) and the water is heated by the engine, the Webasto or an immersion heater. 12v is from 5x 140ah domestic batteries and 230v is from the Vetus 3kw Combi inverter / charger or the Vetus 6.5kw generator. All the lights are LED. and there is a Galvanic Isolator on board. She also has an anchor whose electric winch is operated from the helm. All the windows are double glazed. She is an amazing floating home, in lovely condition and ready to go.
