Sam, a fisher 25 freeward built in 1974 by the Northshore yacht yard, no: 326371 On the market since I’m no longer in a position to maintain her. Currently berthed at Kingston upon Hull marina. A beautiful boat, coveted by many, restored over a six year period, complete internal refit, almost everything refurbished or replaced with new using the best quality materials and fittings available. I have owned this boat for 8 years and have spent most of that time restoring her. Ready to use, with the exception of a few minor jobs, ie curtains are required, rigging requires setting up and the sails to be fitted ( kept indoors ). Rigging: Anodised mast and boom, (in mast roller furling). Overhauled 2018, standing rigging replaced in 2013 Mainsail and genoa, bagged. lovely classic tan sails, made in Sweden, crisp with acceptable sun bleaching to the clew or head. Harken jib furling system Nav: Raymarine depth finder Period heath marine compass & Hummingbird submersible VHF Electrics: twin 80ah Exide marine/leisure batteries (2021) 50w Sun power flexi solar panel (2021) with dual charge controller simpson lawrence horizon 12v remote windlass 240 hookup 12v and 240v sockets in both cabins 12v and 240v internal led lighting throughout. Waeco tropicool dual voltage fridge (2020) Smev gas oven and grill with auto ignition (2020) techimpex hob manual and auto on - demand fresh water system with flexible bladder. Diesel heater (2025) Heads: jabsco sea toilet, separate basin, shower tap, 3 x storage lockers, panelled in hygenic pvc Engine: volvo md2020 removed stripped and refurbished (2020) briefly inc: cylinder head rebuild, new piston rings, engine mounts, muffler, anti syphon valve etc etc stainless shaft with pss seal External: About 70 percent of the tread master has been replaced with the original equivalent, (2020) there is spare. all portholes replaced windows resealed chain plates checked. anti fouled (2025) hull polished New spray hood on stainless folding frame (2025). Inc full set of nearly new fenders/warps and quite a large inventory. She comes with a comprehensive survey and maintenance history, survey was last carried out when I acquired (2016) and it was very favourable. standing rigging replaced 2013 (not sailed since). A new spray hood has just been fitted and she had been newly antifouled (images to be updated shortly) Seldom available in this condition, a rare opportunity.. No time for time wasters, transport by road to the south coast will cost approximately £2 to £3k
