Great family boat, annually serviced with little use since my ownership in 2022. Major items restored with more than £6k invested in the last two years including but not limited to new engine hatch & sunpad (2025). Copper coated hull (£1.5k in 2023). Second battery (2023). 2x electric bilge pumps (2024). Jabsco water pump (2024). Automatic seafare extinguisher system (2022), Icom M33OGE vhf (2023). Raymarine element 7 chart plotter/fish finder (2022). Great layout with extended swim platform with swim ladder, aft shower, sink and tap, tow eye and grab handle, large aft sunpad with removable walkway cushion, over screen tonneau cover with vent (2022), full winter cover, solar charger, removable plastic round table with cup holders. Current Mercruiser added in 2012. 2025 had a 100hr service replacing anodes, removing prop & greasing, bellows checked, sterndrive service, exhaust gasket replaced, outdrive antifouled. 2024 service was oil filter, spark plugs, belts. 2023 service had bellows replaced. No trailer included in the sale. Not getting enough use so she must go - boat is located in the water at Chichester Marina, West Sussex.
