Residential moorings available at High Line Yachting, Iver. 57ft to 60ft narrowboat or wide beam 43 to 47ft narrowboat or wide beam The residential mooring is located at the High Line Yachting boatyard at Iver, on the Slough Arm of the Grand Union. The mooring is amongst a community of other residential boats. Parking is available in the boatyard with a security gate into the yard. A ‘key’ to the gate, toilet block etc. is available on a deposit. Facilities offered are 240v electricity connection (charged by meter reading) and water point. BT telephone connection point (subject to the BT connection charge if applicable). Pump out/chemical toilet emptying facilities. Diesel, gas and coal and chandlery are available in the boatyard. Gas and coal deliveries Tuesday and Saturday afternoons. The boatyard is open and staffed from Tuesday to Sunday. Toilet and shower block (showers are token operated) with washing machine and tumble dryer (token operated). Incoming post facilities. There is a one off premium payable for the mooring, £5,400 for wide beam There is a one off premium payable for the mooring, £3,300 for a narrowboat. The current mooring rates for narrowboats are as follows: Paid annually : £91.80 per ft annum Paid six monthly : £48.45 per ft half year Paid monthly : £8.50 per ft month payable by direct debit The current mooring rates for wide beams are as follows: Paid annually : £146.85 per ft annum Paid six monthly : £77.50 per ft half year Paid monthly : £13.60 per ft month payable by direct debit The berths are fully transferrable if you decide to sell your boat. A payment of six months’ mooring fees in advance will be required as the first payment. A residential licence payable to Canal & River Trust is required. Council tax is payable to South Bucks Langley Station which is on the Paddington and Elizabeth Line is within a few minutes walk of the moorings. Facilities at Iver Secured gate operated site Car park Chandlery Delivery twice a week to the boat of coal, gas and diesel purchased in the chandlery. Laundrette area with showers, washing mashing and dryer, token operated Toilets Post box Elsan Pump out. The Iver yard is the main office and we are open 6 days a week with staff on site for maintenance on boats and brokerage services.
