Swift Explorer. Also know as a Morton Explorer. 18ft dayboat with a cat ketch rig (2 bermudian mainsails on 2 unstayed masts). The perfect rig for ease of handling and she is fast. She has 2 cockpits and can easily sail with 4 or more adults and children. Stainless steel centreboard replaced within the last few years. There is an outboard well aft under the tiller which works well. Good access to the engine controls. We are selling her without an outboard as we will keep it for use on our tender. 2hp is adequate, while she can take up to 5hp. Available either new of used. There is a sprayhood/ cockpit tent for the forward cockpit. Bilge keels so she can sit upright. Good road trailer with a winch. Sails are in good condition. Timber and deck paint refurbished 2 years ago. This is an excellent family or short handed boat. A 'sit in' rather than 'sit out' boat with some internal ballast for stability.
