The Tania 47 is a spacious motor cruiser with good accommodation including two double berth cabins, 2 heads, a large galley, flybridge and aft deck for a boat of its size and would be suitable for either two couples or a family, or even to live aboard. Huge head height walking round Situated in the engine room are 2 Caterpillar 3208 TA 8-cylinder turbo diesel engines. The boat has recently had a new kitchen including new fridge, hob, sink and microwave oven. In 2024 we added a Rutland 1200 windmill making it nearly self sufficient. In May 2025 5 new batteries were put on the boat. This boat has been lovingly cared for and regularly serviced since new. Lots of history of everything done to the boat. Established in 1986, Tania Yacht Co Ltd offer customer’s high quality yachts built to ABS guidelines, or certified by CE or BV, and have already delivered more than two hundred yachts all over the world, located in Kaohsiung Taiwan. Owners Comment: The engine room on this motor yacht contains all of the equipment that needs to be checked prior to and during a journey. Access to the engine room is by a large door which makes inspection easy and far more likely to be carried out than on a boat requiring more than half of the floor to be lifted. Mechanical : Mechanical Systems Situated in the engine room are two Caterpillar 3208 T.A 8 cylinder turbo diesel engines producing 375hp each (hours 2889 & 2875), which are freshwater cooled. Shaft drive to 4 blade bronze props which gives a cruising speed of approximately 9knots GRP fuel tanks that hold approximately 3400 litres. Full hydraulic steering and gear change for ease of handling.
