Near Paris, house boat measuring 23,70 meters long and 4.60 meters wide, perfectly suited for inland waterway cruising and designed for a comfortable family life aboard. From the very first moment, this fully habitable boat impresses with its generous space, practical layout, and optimal comfort — whether you're seeking a primary residence or planning extended river cruises. Inside, the ambiance is warm and thoughtfully arranged. You'll find a bright and inviting living room, viewing lounge when cruising. On the same level a fully equipped kitchen. Walk over to the family room, which includes a wood burning fire place, for pleasure, since the boat has central heating, with 14 radiators. From the kitchen you walk out directly to the bow deck to eat out of doors or ascend to the roof deck which covers most of the boat. On both levels there are gard rails, which make for comfort and safety. For accommodation, the barge offers 4 cabins, the master bedroom whith its own bathroom with tub, separate sxower and separate WC. Two fairly large cabins, with double beds, a walkin closet, more closets and a second full bathroom tub shower and WC. And one small cabin for one person. A small laundry room with washing machine. So that there is accomodation for 7 people. The engine room is very complete and a good size. It has all the navigation equipment. Motor was refitted in 2017, electrics new, total rewired. The whole boat is senior friendly because there is no bending or crouching necessary( unlesse you are more that 1,90m tall!) I even lived in it while in a wheel chair and crutches.
