Pequeña Casa is a charming 57’ reverse layout cruiser stern narrowboat built in 2016. Bridgeman Boats built the hull and Cain Narrowboats fitted her out. She was fully repainted with 2 pack paint in 2022, and was last blacked, with 2 pack epoxy, in 2022 as well. The stern deck is a good size at over 7’ long and is a great social space with padded seats around the stern and either side. The gas bottles are in one locker and storage in the other. A pramhood keeps the elements out, and the engine, a Canaline 38, sits under the deckboards. This was last serviced in Feb 2026. Steps lead into the galley which is 11’ long. Plenty of space and storage in here and utilities comprise of a 3 burner gas hob, oven & grill, stainless steel sink, a 12v fridge & freezer (new in 2025) and a washing machine. The dinette area is next. This has storage under and converts into a spare double bed. There is a side hatch, with glazed inner doors, opposite. The saloon is 13’ long and has a couple of super comfy electric reclining armchairs, a solid fuel stove (with a little oven at the top), and there is a TV aerial point in here. There is plenty of room in here for a sofabed if required. A sliding door leads into the walk through bathroom. There is a good sized tiled quadrant shower, a counter top ceramic sink and a composting loo. The bedroom is in the forward cabin. The fixed double measures 6’x5’8” and has storage under. At the foot of the bed on the starboard side is a large wardrobe and on the portside is a large cupboard. The forward bulkhead has a glazed hatch for light, air and escape if needed! The water tank is stainless steel, 300 litres with a tank gauge and hot water is heated by the engine and an immersion heater. She is centrally heated by a diesel fired Eberspacher boiler to four radiators. We are not sure if the Eberspacher heats the hot water or not. 12v power is from the 3x100ah domestic batteryt bank (new Sep 2025) and 230v is from the 2.5kw Sterling inverter or the landline. She has (estimated) 300w of solar power, and all the lights are LED. She also has a galvanic isolator. Pequeña Casa is a lovely boat, well equipped and ready for immediate occupation.
