The cabin also benefits from a repaint late in 2025. Layout from stern to bow: Bear Necessities has a large cruiser stern, creating a spacious and sociable outdoor deck area. Designed with a reverse layout, you enter the cabin from the stern into an open-plan dinette, galley, and saloon, forming a bright, welcoming, and generously proportioned living space. The L-shaped dinette seats four people and can convert into a double bed when needed. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and benefits from both a roof light and side doors, bringing in plenty of natural light. It includes a gas oven and grill, a new four-burner Bosch gas hob and a new fridge. There is plenty of wooden worktop space, a new Belfast sink with a modern tap, and an attractive open cupboard storage also with a wooden worktop. The saloon has cosy tongue-and-groove panelling, bookshelves, and a (still to be installed) Morso Squirrel stove. The newly fitted walk-through bathroom has a roof light, a full-size enclosed shower with a designer mixer tap, cassette toilet, underfloor heating, an airing cupboard with a new washing machine, a beautiful copper and wood 1900 Dairy Sink with vintage brass taps, and a modern towel radiator. The bright bedroom has a fixed king-size bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and plenty of storage space underneath. There is also a large, fitted wardrobe. At the head of the bed, two bow doors open onto the front well deck. Bear Necessities is a charming, ready-to-cruise boat. She is currently on site at Gailey Marine in Staffordshire.
