Post construction assessment carried out June 2025. The floor has been insulated with 25mm insulation board and there is LVT oak flooring throughout which is fully waterproof. The shell is spray foam insulated and lined with ash faced ply which has been treated with deep penetrating epoxy sealer and then painted except in the bathroom which has shower panels above the gunnels and to the shower area. The ply lining below the gunnels has been routered to resemble tongue and groove panelling, treated with epoxy sealer and painted. The windows and both portholes are double glazed with thermal break frames and the glazed panels lift out if needed. Galley/Saloon Moorings available upon application.
