She benefits significantly from a comprehensive refit by the previous owner (a marine industry professional), which included a new engine installation and interior updates. She is a sturdy, long-keel classic that prioritises sailing ability over internal volume. Selling due to conflicting family commitments leaving insufficient time for sailing.
