MG Boats Armor 700 / MG Classic 700 (goes by both names). Lovely day sailer, nice and responsive and a fun sail. Selling because our lifestyle has change and we just aren't able to use her as much as she deserves! She is a trailer sailer (no trailer but she origionally had a snipe twin axle trailer) with a fully lifting keel and rudder meaning she is effectively flat-bottomed and will therefore fit a rib tailer (with some props for the sides). The mast is designed to be lowered using the winch on the trailer and stores on the frames on the bow and stern. She needs a little bit of work on the electrics - I have a new depth sounder and speed wheel that will come with her that both need attaching. Standing rigging was replaced 3 years ago. Outboard is a Tohatsu 9.8hp 2 stroke. Came with Gannet in 2004. She's been owned within the family since new - first on Windermere and now on the South Coast in Shoreham-By-Sea. Cabin is in good condition, she's never been used for accommodation, but can sleep 4 (2 in the bows, 2 on the side seats). Main sail (15m2) and self furling jib (8.5m2) are original - she comes with spinnaker as well. NB - Since the photos were taken, the zip on the front sail bag has gone.
