I am selling my lovely little narrowboat cruiser/potential home. Have lived on and off him over the past year during and in-between renovations. A lot of work has been done on it, all by myself, with just a lil push more and he's ready to live on and cruise the canals. Bought him in March 2025. Took straight out of the water and freshly blacked with bitchumin and epoxy resin on base. The hull has been over-plated by a previous owner and is in great condition. I had a hull survey done and it all came back great. BSS gas and safety all passed and in place till march 2029. Engine service upon purchase and have since done more on that side of things. Coolant change in november 2025 to make sure it had anti freeze in. I built a new battery box, added new terminals and new alternator belt and regulator. I have more engine photos somewhere.. essentially I wanted a boat that floated and moved.. (which it did and still does) the other bits I ripped out.. all of the inside. I've removed an annoying pump out toilet (big job!) and added a simple cassette stylee. Much easier. I have new floor for the bathroom too, its just not in yet. I took the rest of the floor up, replaced all the beams, even painted them, red oxide on the base and primer elsewhere. Brand new floor down, new ply lined on one side, fresh insulation. Brand new gas pipe and fittings. Brand new gas chamber built on deck by boat yard where I purchased. I have a new wood top for that too.. Fire has been repainted and re installed. I've built a campervan style pull out bed that uses the original cushions to make a nice size bed. Good bit of storage underneath, I had planned some drawers to go in there. Got some other cushions that were in original layout too. Kitchen yet to be rebuilt.. original sink included. Couple of windows need a lil reseal which I will be doing now weather here. If you want to purchase before I do we can figure something out. V minimal water gets in at mo. Roof needs a paint which again I will try to do.. if not.. yeah less pennies. Will throw in free firewood, some tea bags, perhaps a sarnie :) Currently moored just outside Napton on the Hill Warwickshire on the oxford canal. open to offers. looking to sell fairly quick.
