1985 Moody 27, fin keel. This much-loved Moody 27 is a solid, seaworthy classic cruiser with a reputation for comfort and reliability. Structural survey conducted 2022, conclusion "she should provide many more years of sound and reliable service". Owned since 2013 and well maintained. New sails: main sail 3 reefing points new 2014. Genoa new 2020. (Both laundered, checked and stored each winter). Harken Furler fitted new 2019. Windows replaced 2016, Jabsco toilet replaced 2015, guard rails replaced 2022 after survey. Chain plates accessed and inspected for survey 2022. Volvo Penta 2002, 18hp, maintained each year, new shaft anode, raw water cooling.
