Paddington is a very well maintained and much loved and a great example of the popular cruising yacht . Genuine reason for sale as our family is getting bigger. Structural: Keel stubs have been reinforced Keels rebedded with Sikaflex 292i Not kept on drying mooring Engine: Beta 20 new in 2024 with less than 100hrs Also fitted at the same time new: propeller, cutlass bearing, stern gland hose and packing, shaft coupling and R&D flexible coupling, fuel hose, exhaust hose, Vetus water lock and exhaust skin fitting, Delphi water separator, water strainer and water intake hose. The engine has been serviced in accordance with the Beta self-service warranty and just had a new impeller, oil change and filter last month. Rigging: Standing rigging replaced in 2024 Running rigging replaced in 2024 Barton track reefing fitted 2025 Deck U-bolts were also replaced for angled ones and new, bigger backing plates were fitted at the same time. Furlex 200s furler for Genoa. Stripped and new bearings fitted in 2025. Instruments: Target 2 Wind Target 2 Depth Navman 7100 VHF Simrad TP10 Tillerpilot Power: 2 x 85ah leisure batteries 1 x Varta starter battery All charged by 100w solar panel or alternator Safety: Fire extinguisher Fire blanket Carbon monoxide detector Throw bag Horseshoe buoy Domestic: Jabsco water pump for galley Alcohol stove Misc: Lewmar opening port lights at front 8mm galvanised chain and 10kg CQR anchor Notes: sails are original, but more than useable for cruising as I can still achieve hull speed. Sprayhood has seen better days, but still functions Rudder bushings need replaced as slight play in rudder - I will do this over the summer if I keep the boat. Will be antifouled and anode checked/replaced for this coming season I can deliver to boat to Scotland, but would consider offers on the asking price if buyer was willing to collect.
