Here is my 46ft cruiser stern narrowboat named Blueprint. Built by Hancock and Lane in 1981. I have owned her for 5 years and in that time I have completely gutted the cabin and started the fitout from scratch. Everything is new and finished to a high standard. Here's a list of what's included: New Victron inverter/charger 3 new leisure batteries 3 new radiators which are heated by webasto diesel heater in the engine bay. New shower cubical with a whale Gulper waste pump. New ceramic Thetford casette toilet with flush. New galley with gas hob and electric combi oven. New Salamander Hobbit multi fuel burner. Sureflow fresh water pump. Integrated huge watertank in the bow which I've coated in a 2 part system which is drinking water safe and won't need any attention for decades. 50mm sprayfoam insulation throughout. 240 volt sockets 12v USB charging points New external doors frames and sliding hatch New window and porthole frames. I'm a proffesional furniture maker so all of the joinery is lovely. The hull is sound. She was fully overplated some time before we met. The last survey was 2 years ago and only minor pitting noted. Blacked with bitumen summer 2024. The Engine is a BMC marinised which I've had no problems with. Oil changed last year. Never failed to start although cold weather starts take a while and maybe new glow plugs are needed. The only thing I've not given much attention to is the paintwork above the water line which could do with a bit of work. There are some rusty bits and it's looking a bit tired. The boards over the engine bay and the seats over the lockers in the bow need replacing. Blueprint is currently on a leisure mooring in Saltford marina. This doesn't automatically transfer to the new owner so this would need to be discussed with the marina if you were interested. Please get in touch with any questions or to arrange a viewing.
