MECHANICAL Yanmar 2YM15, twin cylinder 15hp inboard diesel engine (Dec 2009). Engine No E04207. Shaft drive to fixed propeller. Single lever control. Engine has been professionally serviced and maintained. ELECTRICAL Alternator charging to 2 x 12v batteries. 240v shore power with sockets in cabin. Solar panel. NAVIGATION Depth sounder, Icom IC-M411 VHF radio, Garmin GPS plotter, navigation lights. SAFETY Electric bilge pump, fire blanket, fire extinguisher, horseshoe lifebuoy. OWNERS COMMENTS FEATURES Hull was sand-blasted 2023/4 to remove old anti-foul and then epoxy-coated before re anti-fouling. Topsides have been polished. OWNERS REMARKS Connie is in great condition and was bought by us 3 years ago from the owner who had her from new. She is a lovely boat and has stanchions, pushpit and swim ladder, which not all 22’s have. Since 2023, we have stripped and re-varnished all the spars and they’re still looking great. The trailer had a full service, with new jockey wheel, tyres and brake system and is also now all working brilliantly. The engine has been professionally serviced and maintained. We bought a new staysail from Jeckells and furling gear which were missing when we bought her. The hull was sand-blasted to get rid of years of anti-foul and epoxy-coated before anti-fouling. The top-sides were polished and we fitted a new Jabsco heads. We also added removable terracotta seat covers (original covers blue all still in good condition too). The engine is the 15HP Yanmar 2YM15 – diesel inboard which starts and runs brilliantly. Other features include: Shore power & sockets, bilge pump, a water heater feeding a sink next to gas double burner and grill. Cockpit mounted Garmin GPS. Solar panel. Nav lights, VHF. Echo-sounder. Internal lights.
