Annacier is a uniquely designed and built 33ft narrowboat. She’s been well loved through various upgrades and refits over the years. Sad to say that due to circumstances we are unable to maintain her any longer. While she is functional right now, she does have some work needed so would make an ideal DIY project boat. Externally she needs a full repaint and the cockpit hatch will need replacing. We have been enjoying day trips recently but not cruising for extended periods. Engine, gas, electrics all work well. Replacement of the water heater and refresh of the shower cubicle would make her comfortable for holidays and trips. Internally she is clad in T&G with handbuilt wooden bunks, bulkheads, cupboards. There are some patches of woodwork that have been affected by rainwater leaks in the past, we believe these have been resolved and while cosmetically not perfect everything is dry and sound. The layout is 4 berths, 2 front and 2 rear cabin. The front seats/bunks convert to a double making a manageable sized boat for a couple. Plenty of storage is easily accessible. There’s a Sig Marine diesel heater for those chiller nights. In the galley there is a 2 ring gas cooker with grill and oven, a 12v fridge, sink and drainer and 2 cupboards. The Morco water heater needs repair or replacement. Toilet cubicle with porta-potti and shower cubicle separate the galley from the rear cabin. In the stern is the Volvo Penta engine, under removable steps leading to the rear deck. This stern deck is larger than a traditional style, but smaller than cruiser type. Engine is a water cooled Volvo Penta 2001R installed by Mike Sivewright. Running reliably. Batteries 2x domestic 1x starter Inverter for 240v shore hookup Victron phoenix multi 12v-800VA-35amp 12v and 240v circuits Hull is flat bottom, replated around 2011. Last blacked 2022. Gas cooker old but serviceable 2 rings grill oven Fridge 12v electric Water tank 80 gallon, electric pump Morco gas water heater is not working, believe there’s a water leak but we’ve not investigated further. Heating is by Sig Marine Sig 120 diesel fired heater. Toilet cubicle with porta-potti chemical loo. BSS due April 2027
