Nancy B is a 58' semi trad 4 berth narrowboat built in 2007 by RLL boatbuilders, she is powered by a Barrus Shire 40hp engine with a prm150 hydraulic gear box and 3 alternators ( Domestic, Starter and 240v Travel Power) A new bank of domestic batteries has just been fitted comprising of 4 x Leoch 120ah maintenance free batteries. The boat has been in the same ownership from new.The galley has been refitted with new untits,appliances and corian worktops in 2021 and has had little use since. Entering the boat from the bow we have a covered bow area with Cratch board, Cratch cover and seating with storage, half glazed metal doors lead into the lounge with a solid fuel fire, corner storage / TV unit and bookcase, space for free standing furniture. Moving down the boat we have a raised L shaped dinette which converts to a bed, next is the spacious galley with hob, oven and grill, fridge and lots of storage and worktop area. The bathroom is a cross boat room giving you the full width of the boat when in use, there is a pumpout toilet, wash hand basin with storage under and self contained tiled shower cubicle. at the rear of the boat is the bedroom with a fixed double bed and lots of storage cupboards with doors and sliding hatch leading out on to the spacious semi trad stern deck. She was professionally repainted in 2014 with new double glazed windows and interior oak window frames fitted. There is a Webasto diesel heater which provides hot water and heat to radiators throughout the boat. 240v power is provided by shoreline, Travel power Alternator or Powermaster inverter. She was last blacked in May 2025 with 4 new anodes , Boat safety until May 2027,
