Chalico is a 59 ½ foot semi traditional stern narrow boat built by M& D Fabrications and fitted out by Severn Valley Boat Centre in 2006. She is powered by a 4-cylinder, 45 horsepower Barrus Shire marine diesel engine with PRM150 gearbox. Layout from the rear comprises of hard wood steps leading into the spacious double bedroom with lots of storage. Following this is the walkthrough bathroom will full sized quadrant shower unit, vanity basin and Jabsco deluxe flush macerator toilet. Following this is the galley with ample storage and work top space with sink/drainer, Shield Autocare 12v fridge with freezer compartment, CDA four burner gas hob and CDA grill/oven unit. Forward of this is the L shaped dinette with two tables (large and small) which also converts to a second double. At the front of the cabin is the saloon with Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove, LG TV on retractable stand storage cabinets and shelving along with a tall glass display cabinet. Central heating is provided throughout by means of a Eberspacher diesel heater. Amtico flooring fitted throughout. This well-presented boat has been meticulously maintained by her current owners. Full professional repaint completed in April 2021 with the roof being repainted in November 2025. New steel stable doors with ash panels fabricated and fitted in November 2025. Dry docked and blacked along with 12 new anodes fitted in November 2025. New cratch cover and pram covers fitted. Boat Safety Certificate until 12/02/2029.
