Marie Clare is a Torus 40, cruiser stern design, by Floating Homes and was built in 2002. She has clearly been the pride and joy of her current owner who has cruised her extensively. She is now available for sale at our Packet Boat Marina with the option to take over her fully transferable, residential mooring. Last blacked in August 2023, she is very well presented and, thanks to her generous cruiser stern,, has more than ample space for a folding table and several folding chairs on her rear deck. Her fore deck also has seating space and is protected by a smart cratch cover. Moving below from the stern, Marie Clare features a spacious, light saloon, which, like the rest of the boat, has been fitted out to an unusually high standard for a boat at this price point. Despite being just 40' in length, her very intelligent interior design provided lots of storage space. Oak flooring enhances the warm, inviting feel to her interior and the galley features all conveniences including 4 burner hob, oven and grill plus fridge with freezer compartment.
