Shell built by Dave Clarke fitted out by Kingsground in 2016/17 and has moored at Enslow Marina, the home of Kingsground Narrowboats since, with a few occasional trips out, meaning the Beta 43 engine has done very little. Some more recent alterations include the solar set-up and some new appliances. The boat is a traditional style stern and from the rear doors, the interior is a reverse layout. The galley is set up for liveaboard life or makes for a comfortable long-stay accommodation. With granite worktops, washing machine and lots of storage. Just beyond the galley there is a full sized Pullman dinette, this makes up into another bed to sleep up to two people. Then it’s the saloon, which has a well maintained multi-fuel stove on a well sized hearth. The seating in the lounge could easily be swapped for a sofa bed, for additional sleeping if required. So potentially this boat is a 6 berth. The media unit neatly accommodating tv etc Heading to the bathroom, which is not a walk through, there’s a good sized shower with a deep Bette shower tray (steel powder coated). A macerator loo (pump out) and storage. Into the bedroom, plenty of storage and a fixed berth bed which extends. Out to the bow and there’s a tall cratch frame, making this space a good breakfast room or place for people to sit while cruising. Covered with a cratch cover to keep out the elements. The boat has a Cavalio floor The interior woodwork is Oak and Cherry. There is a current boat safety and the boat is up to date with the blacking applications. Surveys are welcome and can be accommodated on site. The boat is currently moored at Enslow Marina is Oxfordshire and there’s potential to keep the mooring.
