Muggins III is a lovely, well presented 60ft cruiser stern narrowboat, constructed in 2008 by Pro Build Narrowboats. The boat was fitted out to a high standard by the original owners with several additions made by the current owner to make her ideal for continuous cruising. The interior is cosy, resembling more a modern flat than a boat, with a Howden's kitchen featuring Corian worktops, a large saloon area with sofa bed, modern bathroom and shower cubicle and a double bedroom. Muggins is arranged in the popular reverse layout style, as you enter from the large cruiser stern deck, ideal for sitting out on with guests, you enter the modern kitchen with Corian worktops, ceramic sink, Hotpoint washing machine, 12v LEC Inlander fridge with freezer compartment and a gas cooker. There's ample cupboard space at head height and below to store all of your supplies. The saloon area is generous in size and a great place to relax in, with space for a dining table close to the galley, a double sofa bed, built in book shelves, a 240v Toshiba TV, integrated speaker system for entertaining or watching your favourite series, Morso Squirrel multifuel stove, tiled hearth area and a side hatch. The bathroom is modern in style with small ceramic sink, Thetford cassette toilet, shower cubicle, mirrored cabinet and plenty of storage shelves. The bedroom hosts a built in wardrobe, small double bed, clothes storage above, and under bed storage drawers. The bed is currently a fixed double with a headboard attached, however this can easily be reconverted to a sliding bed which folds up and becomes a small settee.
